Services Provided:

CALMS offers care for non-emergency medical issues, including:

• Minor illnesses (cold, flu, infections)
• Fever, pain, and urgent prescriptions
• Minor injuries and wound care
• Child, elderly, and palliative care support
• Referrals if hospital care is needed

For emergencies, call 000 or visit the nearest emergency department.

Home Visits Available:

• Home visits from local GPs
• Usually within 2–3 hours
• Bulk billing for eligible patients (e.g. concession cardholders, children under 16)

Fees

• Bulk billing for eligible patients
• Private patients may have a small fee
• Costs will be confirmed when you call

After your CALMS consultation, a full report is sent to Ives family Practice, so your GP stays up to date with your care.
